SOASTA boosts testing abilities with program expansion

On April 30, SOASTA announced the acceleration of our PERFORM partner program. We also just completed an expansion of our service footprint in Europe, which will provide clients with a wide array of testing solutions and technologies. We understand the changing face of the current testing market, as well as the increasing role being proposed for channel partners.

Currently, the market for cloud-based and mobile applications is exploding, due in part to growing needs for bring-your-own-device initiatives and remote workforce support in the enterprise sector. Businesses require solutions that will allow them access to mission-critical resources from a range of devices and varying locations. Developers are responding to these needs by creating innovative applications, which in turn are boosting requirements for load and performance testing.

Through our partner program, clients can gain access to exclusive products, technical training and sales assistance, which will provide improved flexibility and customer engagement for our channel. By leveraging the SOASTA platform, organizations can enhance their load and performance testing of cloud and mobile apps, moving from a one-time practice to an ongoing activity that will provide solutions to meet business needs.

Tim Bisley, our vice president and managing director of the Europe, Middle East and Africa division, noted that the testing market is experiencing a transition away from legacy tools toward cloud testing platforms.

"This fundamental shift has not been lost on a growing number of channel players and we are seeing more and more channel companies embrace the cloud as part of their go-to market plans," Bisley said. "The channel is an integral part of our expansion and growth plans for EMEA and we will be actively reaching out to like-minded channel companies as well as deepening our relationship with our existing channel partners."

SOASTA's expanding European service footprint
In addition to improving resources for partnering organizations, we recently grew our presence in Europe. We now have new Global Test Cloud platform locations in Germany, Russia and Belgium established in response to rising adoption rates in the region.
Our CEO Tom Lounibos noted that in the current technology and business landscape, clients need increasingly flexible and productive platform solutions that provide Web and mobile testing in real environments. Furthermore, organizations across the globe are speeding development to meet the growing demands of their mobile and Web customer bases.
