Sales Executive

Job Description
The Sales Executive is expected to prospect and develop new customer leads, introduce the SOASTA capabilities, and close the deal. This is a direct sales position with a regional geographic territory. The Sales Executive will be expected to call into various groups within prospective customers, from C-level to managers across IT and the business, and understand the needs of each.

Performance Engineer
This position requires a person who is highly skilled at handling complex technical situations, provides world-class customer service, and has effective verbal and written communication skills. Performance Engineers are the front line leaders at SOASTA responsible for delivering performance intelligence. They work with engineering teams to define test objectives, lead performance testing engagements, and provide actionable analysis to help resolve performance bottlenecks. In addition, Performance Engineers play a critical part in pre-sales engagements, post-sales support, and in working with Product Engineering to help define the SOASTA CloudTest roadmap.

SOASTA is looking for a talented marketing professional to drive our demand generation programs for our revolutionary solutions for mobile and web performance and analytics. Job Description
We are seeking a proven leader in developing and executing B2B demand generation programs. The individual will create powerful programs to engage IT prospects with SOASTA and deliver qualified leads to the sales force.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and manage demand generation programs that drive new business for the company.
- Lead, evaluate, and constantly assess the effectiveness of all marketing programs. Define goals, metrics and ROI for programs including: email campaigns, content syndication, lead nurturing, field events, webinars, PPC, and SEM programs
- Test and refine all components of our demand generation programs including lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, advertising, and key words to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition through all stages of the consideration life cycle for prospects and existing customers.
- Deploy strong messaging and creativity that captivates our audience and drives traffic to our web site and responses to our programs.
- Manage external marketing agencies and contractors
Requirements
- 7-10 years marketing experience, a minimum of 5+ in software, mobile or other technology oriented B2B marketing. Proven experience in all aspects of marketing especially in online marketing and demand generation.
- Proven experience in creating innovative demand generation programs that deliver new business to the sales organization (e.g.,inbound marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, etc.).
- Creativity in building programs that engage prospects and optimize marketing dollars
- Deep experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or other sales and marketing automation tools), knowledge of WordPress
- Experience in mobile, cloud computing or big data preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Extreme attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Capable of working independently and building strong working relationships across all levels of the company, especially with remote sales managers.
