CloudTest Product and Methodology Training

SOASTA’s training for CloudTest is comprised of multiple, case study oriented modules, which focus on hands-on training and are delivered as both instructor-led and self-study. Students learn the basic concepts and benefits of Cloud Testing and develop the skills necessary to record and script test scenarios and create compositions, which are the aggregation of scenarios that best represent real-world traffic. Students will also learn how to use CloudTest dashboards for real-time analysis.

Training can be done on-site or via the web. CloudTest trained Performance Engineers have access to SOASTA support and additional resources, such as the CloudTest “Find-out-How” and the script creation guide, to ask questions and uncover best practices.

In addition, SOASTA provides a workshop training for SOASTA’s CloudTest Methodology. This training is designed to identify best practices for testing in production and for testing at web-scale. It also covers techniques for dealing with security and managing test data. The training includes targeted discussions about when to test in the lab vs. production, including types of tests, based on practical application of best practices to specific company requirements
