Our work across a broad range of industries and infrastructures has been captured in our methodology to be shared with our customers. The number and diversity of cloud-based tests executed by SOASTA is unmatched, and we’re proud to share the learnings of the SOASTA Performance Engineering team.

Consulting

Leveraging the Performance Testing Methodology, SOASTA provides consulting services both directly and through our partners. Consulting services are integrated into CloudTest On-Demand engagements or are available on an ad hoc basis and range from test creation and execution to project management, strategy and implementation planning.

Training

SOASTA’s training for CloudTest is comprised of multiple, case study oriented modules, which focus on hands-on training and are delivered as both instructor-led and self-study. Students learn the basic concepts and benefits of Cloud Testing and develop the skills necessary to record and script test scenarios and create compositions, which are the aggregation of scenarios that best represent real-world traffic. Students will also learn how to use CloudTest dashboards for real-time analysis.

Methodology

Based on over three years of experience testing from the cloud and leveraging existing best practices and proven performance testing methodologies, SOASTA CloudTest is the first product to be incorporated into this methodology and extend traditional approaches to address the new opportunities and challenges presented by cloud testing.
